RIT’s university-wide career fair, held in the Gordon Field House on Sept. 29, brought representatives from 108 companies and the military. More than 1,200 students, mostly wearing business attire and carrying résumés, arrived in the first hour of the event.
Hopeful students gunning to land a co-op next year or a full-time position continued to drop by the career fair as the day progressed, networking with team members and professionals in the different companies to help accelerate their future job search.
Last year’s career fair was held online in accordance with the COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. This year, the number of companies has been limited in consideration of travel bans still observed in many companies and organizations.
