Refunds Following a Visa Refusal
In all instances, to be eligible for a refund of fees in the table below, the student must have exhausted all attempts to successfully gain their student visa, including submitting an Administrative Review.
Until an outcome has been received, the student must continue actively participating in their course and maintain a minimum of 80 percent attendance.
Failure to do so means that the student will instead be considered to fall under the withdrawal categories below.
Navitas UK has also announced that students can take advantage of the application extension for the £750 quarantine package. This is only relevant for students traveling from a country listed on the UK government red list on the date of travel. Deposit payments must be made on or before Sept. 1, 2021 to qualify for this package.
