La Trobe University (CRICOS Provider No. 00115M) welcomed the Commonwealth government’s announcement today that international students will be allowed to return to Australia or begin their studies without having to apply for a travel exemption from Dec. 1.

Students from India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and Australia were the first recipients of La Trobe’s first scholarship allocation. La Trobe believes the scholarships will further attract international students to the university’s regional campuses.
