The new English language proficiency tests/ quals to be reviewed are as follows:
- PSI Skills for English test (UKVI four skills) – B2 Pass or above in all components and overall, these are available at test centres in 122 countries,
- LanguageCert – at-home version to be accepted with Pass at B2 or above,
- IELTS Indicator – to be accepted with same IELTS levels,
- TOEFL At Home and Essentials – to be accepted with the same TOEFL levels.
These tests are all accepted temporarily for the September 2021 and February 2022 intakes. The university will continue to assess and make necessary adjustments as necessary for future intakes.
Take note that for incoming students presenting a US high school diploma, a GPA of 2.8/4.0 in English as part of HS Dip would be considered.
