By using the Portal, you consent and agree that the Terms and Conditions of using the Portal and our Privacy Policy (this document) will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and of Canada. Each party irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the province of British Columbia for the resolution of any matter arising under the Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy for which judicial relief is sought.
We reserve the right to change or modify the Privacy Policy at any time we deem fit. Continued use of the Portal means you accept and are willing to comply with these changes. Abcodo reserves the right to review your Personal Information stored in our servers to make sure that it complies with the Privacy Policy. At our discretion, we may edit or remove any information we deem as obscene, vulgar, offensive, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable or otherwise qualifies as unacceptable use, in our sole discretion.
Abcodo reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of the Privacy Policy. In the event of an investigation, you agree to reasonably comply with all legal and government authorities, third party investigators of academic fraud and misinformation, system administrators, and other related network handlers.
